How to use repair service:

Find your device model and place the order.
We will send you the shipping-to address and service form.
Send your device to us with a filled printout service form.
Once we receive the device we will run a diagnostic on it, then we will confirm with you the repair order(some devices might have other issues, only upon approval from the customer we could process the repair work.
Once the repair is done we will send it out ASAP. Local pickup is supported.
The repair service’s warranty time is 2 months.
Please backup data before sending out devices, we are not responsible for any data loss or damage or accidental incidents arising therefrom or any form of punitive damages.
