For security and privacy reasons, we suggest customers back up and delete their data before sending it in. Our services are not provided as part of the original manufacturer’s warranty. If your device is under any applicable manufacturer’s or other warranty, you understand that the services may void the manufacturer’s warranty. Skymobile is not responsible for any data loss. Any device left in the store for over 60 days or more would be considered "Abandoned Items by Customer" and would be disposed of by Skymobile. We take no responsibility for the abandoned items.

In order to give you access to the services and website, we will use commercially reasonable efforts. This means that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to take any further action to resolve the issue related to your device if we make commercially reasonable attempts to fix it but are unsuccessful. In other cases, we might only have access to partial information from manufacturers, vendors, and developers, and we might not be able to get the proprietary or other information needed to fix the problem with your device.

We might not be able to fix your specific problem if some technical issues you run into while using your device are caused by hardware or software laws that haven't yet been fixed by the hardware or software vendors, manufacturers, or developers. In such cases, you remain responsible to us for any fees or charges related to the services.

Please be aware that:

  • Customers must ship us the entire device so that we can completely evaluate it once the repair is finished.

  • Customers must ensure the item is securely wrapped.

  • We disclaim liability for any lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping service.

  • The typical turnaround time for repairs is 2 to 3 business days. Some jobs will require additional time and labor depending on the issue.

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees unless the device is not repairable or is being returned for rework.

Warranty features: We provide 2 months (from the day you received your device back) limited warranty on all parts and repair services, other than repairs for liquid damage and physical damage, subject to the exclusions and limitations detailed in our Service and Policy Agreement.
